Access & Onboarding
02Access & Onboarding
How do I join the Discord after signing up?+
After checkout, you'll receive a welcome email with your Discord invite and onboarding instructions. Follow the steps to verify your access.
I didn't get the welcome email—what now?+
First, check your spam folder. If it's not there, no worries—email us with your name, Discord ID and email used at checkout, and we'll promptly send you a follow-up welcome email. You can follow those steps to access the Discord and get started.
Do I need to sign anything?+
Yes. Access requires NDA consent to protect the integrity of our tools and community. You'll complete this during onboarding. We keep a record of all signed NDA forms, so please honour our confidentiality and respect the boundaries that protect everyone's edge.
What Discord username do I need to enter?+
To complete onboarding and verify your identity, enter your current Discord username exactly as it appears on your profile. This helps us match your NDA submission to your Discord account when granting access.
How do I find my Discord username?+
- On desktop: Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the Discord app to view your profile and username.
- On mobile: Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner. Your username appears on your profile.
Important: Enter your Discord username exactly as it appears. Do not enter your long numerical Discord user ID.
This removes the outdated requirement for a four-digit Discord tag.

Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant platform trusted by millions worldwide. We never store your full card details. Only the last four digits may appear for reference on receipts or account records. This limited display helps you verify your payment method while ensuring your sensitive information remains protected.
Do I need a Stripe account?+
No. You do not need to create a separate Stripe account. After checkout, you can manage your subscription, payment information and receipts through the Stripe Customer Portal.
How do I update my payment method?+
Log into your Stripe Customer Portal and update your card details before your next billing cycle. This helps avoid failed payments, access interruptions or the need to repeat onboarding steps.
Why do you require an NDA?+
Our tools are proprietary and designed for serious traders. The NDA ensures members respect the intellectual property and community boundaries. We keep a record of all signed NDA forms, so please honour our confidentiality and protect the edge we've built.

06Getting Started in Our Server
Welcome to our Discord server! Whether you're new to Discord or just need a refresher, this guide covers the basics tailored to our setup.
How the Server Is Structured
Our server is designed for smooth interaction. Mr. Precision's channels are read-only, while all other channels are open for you to chat, share and engage. Threads are not enabled for members.
Navigating the Server
Discord is like a chat app on steroids—organized into servers, categories and channels.
- Click the server icon in the top-left corner to see all categories and channels.
- Categories are collapsible folders, such as
sp500-trading. - Click the arrow next to a category name to expand or collapse it.
- If a category looks like it is missing, it may simply be collapsed. Try clicking the arrows.
Read-Only vs Interactive Channels
Read-Only Channels. These are marked clearly within Mr. Precision's category. Scroll through them to read levels and announcements without clutter.
Interactive Channels. Everything else is open for members to post messages, reply, react with emojis and upload images or files. Please keep all interactions respectful and follow the server rules.
Searching the Server
Need to find a particular message? Click the magnifying-glass icon at the top of the screen next to the server's name, or use Ctrl + F on Windows / Cmd + F on Mac.
Useful filters:
in:#channel-name keywordsearches only within a particular channel.from:username keywordsearches for posts from a specific user.@mentionfinds places where someone was tagged.
Common Interactions
Posting. Type in the message box at the bottom of an interactive channel and press Enter. Add emojis or upload images and files using the + icon.
Reacting. Click the emoji button beneath a message to add a reaction.
Direct Messages. Right-click a username in the chat and select Message to begin a private conversation.
Notifications. Right-click the server icon and select Notification Settings to adjust your alerts, such as receiving notifications for mentions only.
Fixing Common Hiccups
- Collapsed Categories: Click the arrows next to category names to expand them. This is the most common user error.
- Muted Channels: Muting a channel changes its notification settings but does not hide its messages. Right-click the channel and open Notification Settings if you want to change your alerts.
- Server Permissions: If you cannot view or post in a channel, it may be read-only or your member access may not yet be fully verified. Check that you have completed the onboarding and payment-verification steps. If the issue continues, contact a moderator.
- Can't See Messages from Certain Members: Go to User Settings → Friends → Blocked. If someone is listed, click the X to unblock them. Blocking someone hides their messages throughout the server.
- App Glitches: Sign out and back in, or reinstall the app from discord.com.
Pro Tip: Spend five minutes scrolling through the categories to understand the server layout. User error is common, so double-check that you are in the correct channel before posting.
Still stuck? Send a direct message to a moderator or Mr. Precision, and we'll help resolve the issue. Include screenshots where possible using your device's screenshot or snipping tool.
